Job Description :  This position is responsible for participating in the implementation of BCBSNJ’s corporate EDI strategy through the identification, documentation and analysis of business requirements.  Additionally, this position initiates and leads projects that support the EDI strategies.

Requires the ability to influence, direct, coordinate and monitor members of a project team toward a set goal. Requires the ability to prepare written materials for various internal/external audiences. Prefers the ability to read COBOL copybooks, record layouts, flat file specifications, etc. to properly analyze in-house system capabilities.
